Each season has it’s own energetic signature. This class follows the Lunar calendar and includes acupressure, meridian massage, a spinal meditation, and specific exercises to support your health and wellbeing through each mini season. Most exercises can be done seated on a cushion or in a chair (with a pillow for lower back support).
